INSTRUCTIONS

Who isn’t a fan of fried rice?! The Blackstone makes it easier than ever for you to enjoy a delicious classic at home!

  • Start by cooking 3 cups of rice the night before. This is a very important step and one that you do not want to overlook as it allows the rice to not become mush in the cooking process.

  • Next, you are going to dice up the onion and minced the garlic cloves, set both aside.

  • Cube up the chicken and set aside as well.

  • Once you have gathered up all of your ingredients, head on out to the Blackstone and fire it up to medium/high heat.

  • Take about 3 tbsp of butter, let it melt and spread the rice out in a thin layer to one side of the cooktop.

  • In the middle of the Blackstone, melt 2 tbsp of butter and start cooking your chicken. Add salt and pepper. Stirring periodically.

  • On the far side, you are going to melt 2 tbsp of butter and start cooking your bag of frozen veggies, diced onions, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper. Stir periodically.

  • Once you start seeing the rice crisp up a little bit, you are going to drizzle the soy sauce over the top and mix it all together.

  • After the rice is nicely mixed up, create a well in the center of it.

  • Place the final tbsp of butter and scramble the eggs in the center.

  • When the eggs have been scrambled to your liking, incorporate the chicken and veggies into the rice.

    Enjoy!
