  • Founder, Air Force Veteran & Outdoorsman

    Jo Stalnaker is an Air Force veteran and former Defense Contractor who found a new sense of purpose in the great outdoors. After years of service, Jo’s passion for hunting and grilling became the foundation of Ranch & Rifle. These days, you’ll find Jo behind a rifle during deer season and behind the grill in the off-season, creating delicious meals with Ranch & Rifle’s signature spices. His dedication to supporting veterans and first responders continues to shape the mission of the company.

  • Co-Founder, Active Duty Vet & Photographer

    Saul Grosshuesch proudly serves as an Active Duty Veteran turned Reservist. When he’s not serving the country, Saul focuses on his passions for photography and videography, running his own creative business. Saul’s love for the outdoors and his commitment to helping veterans and first responders find healing through hunting, fishing, and cooking drives his role at Ranch & Rifle.

  • Is a work-from-home mom and the proud daughter of a 20-year Navy veteran. Using cooking as a way to bond with her family and friends, you can typically find her whipping up her latest creation in the kitchen. She also pursues embroidery and photography; finding joy in crafting and curating beautiful pieces.

  • A dedicated union ironworker and proud father who takes great pride in his craft. Outside of work, Greg enjoys grilling and smoking meats, viewing shared meals as important family gatherings. He is also an avid fisherman, spending weekends exploring the scenic rivers of the Pacific Northwest.
