Smoked Trout Dip

Mixing Bowl
A Sharp Knife
INGREDIENTS
1 Skinned & Boned Smoked Trout
2 tbsp Chives
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp Greek Yogurt
Pepper to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a sharp knife, finely chop chives and add with Trout filets into mixing bowl.
Use your hands (or whatever utensils you want), break up the trout and mix until trout and chives are well blended.
Add the Greek yogurt and lemon juice into the bowl, and begin mixing until the liquids come together and the Trout mixture is evenly distributed.
Season with pepper to taste and serve with toasted bread, pita, or just plain crackers.
