Smoked Trout Dip

EQUIPMENT

  • Mixing Bowl

  • A Sharp Knife

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Skinned & Boned Smoked Trout

  • 2 tbsp Chives

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 4 tbsp Greek Yogurt

  • Pepper to Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a sharp knife, finely chop chives and add with Trout filets into mixing bowl.

  • Use your hands (or whatever utensils you want), break up the trout and mix until trout and chives are well blended.

  • Add the Greek yogurt and lemon juice into the bowl, and begin mixing until the liquids come together and the Trout mixture is evenly distributed.

  • Season with pepper to taste and serve with toasted bread, pita, or just plain crackers.
