EQUIPMENT
Charcoal Grill
Tongs
INGREDIENTS
1 large head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Ranch & Rifle's The A.P. seasoning
1 tablespoon Ranch & Rifle's R.B.J. seasoning
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Grill:
Light your charcoal grill and let it heat up until the temperature reaches at least 450°F. Ensure the coals are evenly distributed for consistent heat.
Prepare the Cauliflower:
Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower, keeping the head intact.
Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks or break it into large florets, depending on your preference.
Season the Cauliflower:
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with Ranch & Rifle's The A.P. seasoning rub and R.B.J. seasoning rub.
Brush the cauliflower steaks or florets generously with the seasoned olive oil mixture, ensuring they are well-coated on all sides.
Grill the Cauliflower:
Place the cauliflower directly on the grill grates.
Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the cauliflower is tender and has a nice char.
Use tongs to flip the cauliflower carefully, ensuring even cooking.
Serve:
Remove the cauliflower from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a refreshing citrus touch.
Tips:
For an extra smoky flavor, consider adding wood chips to the charcoal.
Pair this grilled cauliflower with your favorite grilled meats or as a hearty vegetarian main dish.
Enjoy your deliciously seasoned and perfectly grilled cauliflower with Ranch & Rifle's The A.P. and R.B.J. rubs!
