Smoked Pepitas

EQUIPMENT

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat Traeger to 180 degrees.

  • Rinse and pat dry fresh pumpkin seeds.

  • Mix together all the seasonings and olive oil with the seeds.

  • Lay flat on cooking sheet.

  • Place into Traeger and smoke for 20 minutes. Stir them, and repeat after another 20 minutes.

  • Increase heat to 325 and roast for another 20 minutes. You may need to increase time depending on preference of crispiness.
